You no longer need to coordinate arrival times, worry about keys, or wait for someone to hand them over. Your holiday starts when you arrive — no delays, no hassle.
📲 How It Works – Step by Step
Before your arrival, you will receive:
- A personalized 6-digits code for both apartment’s and main building’s entrance keypads
- A short guide and a video tutorial explaining how everything works
🚪 Main Entrance
- Just beside the main entrance you’ll see a black mailbox; open it.
- Inside you’ll find a keypad (pointed by a red arrow in the picture here on the right).
- Type the 6-digits personal code you have received and the door on the street will automatically open.
🔢 Apartment Door
At the apartment door, you’ll find another keypad where you enter the same 6-digits personal code (see picture here on the left).
This code will be active from 4:00 PM on your check-in day and will expire at 10:00 AM on the check-out day.
It’s that simple. No keys, no downloads, no accounts and no tech headaches.
